Dever Haffner-Ratliffe is now the Energy Efficiency and Solar Grants Program and Grant Manager for the Washington State Department of Commerce, managing $20 million in grants specific to public entities who can use those funds for energy efficiencies or solar installations, to significantly reduce their operations expenses.
